Model #FLTRACK6R-CNX - A flat-mount, adjustable shipping container rack designed, USA-built, and tested specifically for easy top mounting on a conex shipping container... with no middle roof-penetration required. Built for commercial-grade solar modules and adaptable to panels up to 45” wide.

Easier, Faster Installation – Our adaptable, adjustable racking solution is designed to install easily into the top of the side support frames of most existing shipping containers in under two hours; so no middle-roof penetration required. And, less up-and-down the ladder action during install!

Designed for Solar Panel Mounting on the conex roof – Our patent-pending rack design has a unique mounting foot and is stronger than other rack options because of its mounting foot design and heavy-duty construction. This means that most solar modules can be easily supported with (2) rails. This 2-rail functionality enables a single 6-Rail Flat-Mount conex rack to accommodate the solar modules across an entire 20-ft shipping container.

Adjustable Height and Width – Fits shipping container widths from 84” to 102”; (3) mounting height options available, so solar modules can be mounted 2-5” above the conex roof to mitigate heat build-up and facilitate maximum solar energy capture from bi-facial solar panels.

UL 2703 Grounding Certification – Rack is UL 2703 compliant pending full UL certification; grounding & bonding requirements are included in this certification.

Testing - The 6-Rail Flat-Mount Vroom Rack™ for Conex has been field-tested and approved for durability under normal operating conditions consistent with proper installation as described in the Owner’s Manual.
