Designed for Solar Panel Mounting – Built for commercial-grade solar modules and adaptable to panels up to 45” wide. Vroom Solar recommends high-quality, heavy- duty, USA-built Crossroads Solar modules; engineered for highway usage with a 10-year warranty. Our patent-pending rack design has been fully wind-tested with Crossroads Solar heavy-duty solar modules for high-speed mobile applications and is stronger than other rack options because of its 3-rail design.

Adjustable Height and Width – Rack adjusts to attach to the support infrastructure on the sides of the trailer, so no holes in your trailer roof. Fits trailer widths from 84” to 102”; (3) mounting height options available, so solar modules can be mounted 2-5” above the trailer roof to mitigate heat build-up and facilitate maximum solar energy capture from bi-facial solar panels.

Easier, Faster Installation – Our adaptable, adjustable racking solution is designed to install easily into the side support frames of most existing cargo trailer types in under two hours; no roof penetration required.

UL 2703 Grounding Certification – Rack is UL 2703 compliant pending full UL certification; grounding & bonding requirements are included in this certification.

Testing - The Vroom Rack™ for Cargo Trailers has been field-tested and approved for durability under normal operating conditions consistent with proper installation as described in the Owner’s Manual.
